Been trying to find a match for over an hour now on the NA server. Is anyone else having issues?

I have tried restarting the search a few times to no avail, so sad So I tried going into a ranked duo game with a buddy thinking maybe it would go faster with the two of us, but instead I got this message that locked me out for 20 mins. I have been trying now for almost an hour and a half and this is my first game of the day.

I am so confused... anyone know whats up?
