Syndra Ultimate Bug

The bug that was supposed to be fixed with Syndra where when her ulitmate was cast and the target died mid-animation. It caused her camera to appear "funky" for a few seconds afterwards. I was just playing Syndra and that exact situation happened yet the camera glitch still happened. Was it maybe only patched for specific situations..?
