[Gameplay] Devourer not stacking for Dragon - Vi only (so far)

Hi All,

I've been able to reproduce this bug twice now. As Vi i am unable to get the +5 stacks on devourer immediately after grabbing devourer item and killing dragon (whether through assist or kill).

Steps taken: 1.) Farm jungle for devourer item 2.) At 0 stacks devourer go directly to dragon. Grabbing either the kill or an assist does NOT give 5 stacks to the devourer item. It doesn't even give 1 stack.

Can this please be fixed?
