[Client][Gameplay] Folder for item sets keeps being created in the wrong folder

When ever I create, or alter item builds, they do not show up in game. I discovered the cause of this, was because whenever the item build is made, or altered, instead of saving it to the Config folder where it should, it created a new config folder in the gameplay folder, in game, it seems it can not access it. I can fix it by moving and merging the config folders, but, a new one is always created in the gameplay folder, continuing the problem. I looked into it, and I've seen others having the problem too.
