IM lvl 7 Quing with lvl 30s?? and people with flash
unbalanced teams.
Riot please make Flash available at lvl 1, not lvl 8, countless games i played with heal +barrier, while enemy has flash + heal, or flash + teleport

Clearly a smurf just from the name. why? so u can go 23/4/12 or 14/5/24 against people who are just new to this game?
You're obviously smurfing. My lvl 20 smurf plays against high gold and plats now as well, so don't be surprised with being queued with lvl 30s.
That said, I do at least think all runes and masteries should be unlocked at level 1. I understand there should be a way to ease people into the game instead of giving them everything all at once to figure out. Smurfs are not Riot's priority.
