Riot please make Flash available at lvl 1, not lvl 8, countless games i played with heal +barrier, while enemy has flash + heal, or flash + teleport

LMFAO didn't even bother to check the custom. So OP is trying to make a new account so he can stomp on new people but instead he got paired against lvl 30s and started losing so he got mad and posted this?

You would be surprised how many people do this. I remember doing this back when I first got the game. It was more to play with new friends but every now and then I would jump on a lower level to beat on people who were new. Realized either way I am still really bad at this game but beating up new players is just dumb and rude.

That and now that I find most silver or bronze players easy to beat I don't mind playing vs them every game. And anyone higher may dick on me but at least it challenges me and I can try to learn. But yea OP bad qq thread.

You're obviously smurfing. My lvl 20 smurf plays against high gold and plats now as well, so don't be surprised with being queued with lvl 30s.

That said, I do at least think all runes and masteries should be unlocked at level 1. I understand there should be a way to ease people into the game instead of giving them everything all at once to figure out. Smurfs are not Riot's priority.
