S- no box?
I got an S- with Rengar and didn't receive a box or key?! I also lost the game does this effect if i get the key/chest?

Losing the game does affect if you get a key fragment or not. You can only get a key fragment if you win a game, though it's only a chance of getting one if you win, it's not guaranteed.
As for the box, it does seem like there's a bug with people not receiving boxes when they should have.

Go to your profile. Near the first win of the day area, it will show you the amount of chests you can get every couple days or so. If you don't have a chest to earn, then you won't receive a chest.
