[Gameplay] A Vayne ability crashed my game.

I'm not sure what ability it was, but I was walking back to fountain and vayne (or nautilus) chased me and something hit me which caused my game to freeze and then crash immediately. I think it was either a Nautilus ult or Vayne's condemn/Q, Might have something to do with being condemned into a fountain. It likely wasn't Nautilus because he probably used ult on an engage earlier which is why I think it was Vayne. I was playing Tahm Kench.
