Nasus with statik shiv problem

So the other day, i was playing AD nasus (pretty troll i know) and i discovered a nasus+statik shiv interaction that i consider a bug. The point is that when i killed a minion with my q while shiv effect active, i did not get any stacks. Riot pls fix so i can enjoy my AD nasus.
