[CLIENT] Invalid Clock Invitation Time

Description: From 12:00 AM - 12:59 AM, if an invite is recieved it is shown as hour 2400 instead of hour 0000. In the screenshot, the current time was 12:39 AM, which would be equivalent to 00:39 AM. However, there is no such thing as 24:39. Quite an odd bug and I just so happened to notice it this once.

Steps to Reproduction:

1. Be logged onto the League of Legends client after 12:00 AM but before 1:00 AM. (This has occurred in Eastern Time Zone. Not sure if it has anything to do with it)
2. Have a friend or anyone else invite you to a game session.
3. Validate the time and date shown under the invite.

Other Thoughts: I hope I'm not putting out any developer on the spot! It just so happened to pop out to me this one time as I almost always am on at this time. It isn't a manditory bug, but is something to take notice of to make efforts to improving the League of Legends Client. Thank you.
