Not Connecting

My internet is fine, i'm watching a stream, but League seemed to think otherwise and kicked me from my lobby. Then, relogin and the game is still on. After four attempts I join and everything is normal. Now though, I'm dc'ed from friend chat, and again, my internet is fine.
