Disable ALL chat, not just all chat

I want the ability to disable all chat- team chat and otherwise. I've gotten more toxic behavior/trolls on my own team than on the enemy team. I want to be able to disable chat so I don't have to deal with them at all. Pings are good enough for me. I just get tired of having to deal with people being doofs. I say doofs instead of other, more appropriate words in the hopes that you guys will actually take em serious. plsu, think of all of the reports you wouldn't get. Nothing to report if you can't hear it, ey? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
