ITEM SETS BUGGED

This is my second post that has not been addressed concerning a bug that is not letting me modify or create Item sets. Is this a known issue? Am i the only one having this issue? There are no necro threads that explain the problem that i am having.

Issue: when i go to my item set creation page and I create a new Item set or try to modify an old one it will not let me drag items from the item list to the labeled box on my custom item set list.

I know this is an old post, but I'm new to LoL and I was also experiencing an issue trying to create custom sets. Did you have LoL installed on a different hard drive other than default C:? I looked at the old Forum and people talked about issues they had while the game was installed on a separate drive other than default C. I also had mine on a secondary drive, I re-installed it and let it do its default install and now I'm not having any troubles with creating item sets.
