Veigar Event Horizon

Basically, if veigar uses his event horizon and the person is in the middle of it it still gives an assist. I tested this out in a custom game so I know this is true. Just wondering if this was a bug or if it makes sense because assist are usually because of damage, cc, shields/healing, etc.

I actually think it's intended to work that way. You're basically forcing them to run around inside the circle which then let's your teammates get a kill.
