A lot of in-game effects are blue now for me, for example: Jinx's rockets and ult are blue, the plants on the river are blue, lee sin's e is blue, zed's shurikens and a lot of other effects are blue now for me. Not gamebreaking but looks really awful. Anyone else having this problem?
Ahh, no, blue textures are a sign of damaged files. Similar things happen with icons and projectiles when damaged (Blue boxes)
Open up your launcher and look for 2 gears in the upper right corner, then press "Repair". This will take a while (it takes half an hour for me), but what it does is it repairs corrupted files and resets everything. It will delete your custom item sets if you have any, but it will also fix the blue texture issues.
