Not sure if a bug or intended, but Cinderhulk doesn't give vlad "bonus bonus hp" off of his "bonus hp" from his passive.
I didn't break it down any further to see if its affected by runes or masteries, but I hope it is, since cinderhulk says +25% bonus HP, it doesn't say from items, or sans runes and passives. Although if it is only supposed to work off of items ill understand, it doesn't get built by Lee Sin, Rito doesn't care.
I read the title as "Vlad not getting fully erect"
that too applies, im fairly certain if he got the effect of his cinderhulk and runes, he'd need sweatpants to not lose it

Both Cho'gath and Sion seem to get the full benefit from their health generating abilities, but there is a bug where the cinderhulk doesn't display the bonus health its getting properly.
It was more I was looking at Vlads passive bonus display, Vlad was getting the bonus HP off of cinderhulk from the bonus HP of his passive, but he wasn't getting the bonus AP from the bonus HP that Cinderhulk gives if that makes sense.
