Getting banned for riot's annoying problem

Yet again, right after champ select, my game bug splats and wont reconnect, this issue is so frustrating and there is seemingly nothing I can do about it. I made sure it would go through the fire wall, I got rid of the Logitech files in my game, I have done ever "fix" there is. I'm so tired of being penalized for a problem that I didn't cause, and clearly, I can't fix. This issue just all the sudden started up with my game, it's not like I'm actively leaving these games, I'm trying to reconnect the entire time, so why is that my fault? I'm tired of Riot's garbage customer service, it's like they don't even exist and it's disappointing because I really want to play but Riot seems unwilling to help, they will just sit back and dole out punishment if I try to play. so because I have no faith in Riot doing absolutely anything, does anybody else have any idea? success with any method? I'm willing to try anything, does anybody have any information on how to fix this?

Hey,

I have 2 accounts (one super long standing and this one which is like a year old-ish). I have NEVER intentionally left a game in all that time. Not once. No matter how troll the team or how much we were losing. I don't agree with it. Additionally, I have rock solid internet (17-25 ping constant) and my computer is always brand new or new within the last 12 months (no driver crashes, bug splat, nothing).

Then, after 4.2 launched I started having crazy bad lag in some games. I asked the other players and most were having the same problems. One game the lag was so bad that we all decided (normal game, not ranked) to stand in the fountain and let the other team shove mid to finish because no one wanted to play. To reiterate, our entire team all agreed and stood in the fountain.

Then after the game I got a notification that I needed to type "I Agree" to not leave future games.... What? What the heck is this? I didn't leave...

Anyway I typed I agree and moved on.

A few games later I was playing along and the lag started spiking again, only this time I got the "attempting to reconnect" message. And it wouldn't go away... I tried rebooting the client, rebooting my comp, rebooting my router, etc... Then I was able to log back in and I was at the end of game stats screen. Most of the other players were there complaining about how they all also got dc'ed etc. So this was clearly a Riot issue not mine.

next time I go to queue... LOW PRIORITY QUEUE, WAIT 5 MINS...

I am not a leaver, never have been, never will be... But W T F!!!!

Please Riot, fix your new system. It's screwing good players who don't have issues and aren't leaving-aholes.

Sorry, in the same boat. The worst part is when you do a test game in customs and it works fine, and then you immediately play a normal game and it breaks.

Same here, when i finally reconnect it says the game will now exit due to prolonged inactivity, then they kick me out. HOW DO YOU FUCKING RECONNECT IF IT KICKS YOU BACK OUT INTO THE LOADING SCREEN FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS, WHEN YOUR BACK THE GAME IS OVER AND YOUR BANNED FOR A DAY COME ON RITO!

I've had the early game dc too. i don't know why other than riots servers kick me off. i got their passive aggressive leaver buster notice... stupid shit...

uninstalling is the only hope, not trying to be rude but riot really dosent care about any of us they just want your money, unfortunately not paying them is the only way to show them they need to change....

This problem is annoying, but hopefully the gun-toting Riot employees that are currently in charge of banning people are going to be able to see that you haven't dodged a lot of games. In over two years I've never purposely afk'd but have had about a dozen crashes that I can remember offhand.

I will also say it's highly annoying that I can no longer create a custom game vs AI (at least not on the BETA Rift) so I suggest on your next 5v5 AI match to take advantage of the only opportunity you're going to have to change settings if the BETA Rift is not playing nice.

what i did was: deinstall LoL go through my entire computer with windows search(also put on hidden maps) delete everything that has anything to do with either the name Riot, LoL or League(that's how i searched anyway) further i downloaded CCleaner to clean my registries(run this more than once and also delete your temp data here(mind you this will also delete your browser history if you leave the checkboxes on) then i turned off my computer and started it up again. after that i re-installed LoL and it had to patch again and everything... after this i was able to play again without any problems i'm assuming something in the cache of your program causes that the issue is persistent... therefore you need to make sure to even delete the data in the hidden maps(as that's most likely the cause of the crash) i also deleted the maps of LoL in the map of my Nvidia graphical card... this may also cause the issue

I have a very simple answer. Only play custom games until you get your problem fixed. That way, you won't get banned for your game messing up. There are probably a couple things you can try, uninstalling and re-installing would be my first option. My other computer got something on it where if I were playing with an ethernet cord, the game would be really laggy and I would be unable to play. You could have something to that extent. Just because you have a problem doesn't mean that it is on Riot's end. Especially if very few others are having it and you just started to have it. To keep playing games while not knowing if you are even going to connect or not, is simply rude to the players on your team.

Are you also having the 'You are not connected' error? I had that error last time. (Then it promised me not to leave. Uh, I have never left. But I can't control the damn client crashing after I try to connect five times.)

I had same problem right now , my game also bug splats and wont connect/reconnect, and even if u cant do anything u get leave and report. I think its Riot side problem cause it happen to my friend too ,it starts to be really embarrassing so please Riot try to fix it Thanks.

I even tried the repair install and that made it even worse :/
