[GAMEPLAY] Kalista Passive Tooltip Bug

Dear Riot,

You stated in the patch notes 5.22, that kalista's passive will ONLY scale with attack speed, but still the tooltip shows that it scales with boot's tier. Also please test if her passive scales with attack speed and if the passive doesnt scale with boot's tier, or even worse, with both. Hope you can fix this in the next patch. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
