Anyone else getting the new default skin for Morgana instead of their selected skin?

I just tested it and worked for me. Maybe you deselected it and didn't click the skin or something? Or maybe the game didn't register that you selected it.

Deleted and re-installed game (it took hours), but the issue is still there:

Select Bewitching Morgana in pre-game screen
Loading screen shows Bewitching Morgana
In-game the model/skin is the new default Morgana

Using very low resolution if that matters.
