[GAMEPLAY] Pirate Ryze has been bugged since forever

Anyone who plays ryze could be able to tell the difference when q'ing on Pirate Ryze. It feels pretty I guess "laggy" compared to normal Q. It's my favorite ryze skin but it makes it pretty hard to play.

Also, when you ctrl 1 on the skin, Ryze lifts up a bottle to drink out of, and he just stays in that position forever. You can't input any other ctrl (1-6) commands after doing it, so you have to move to be able to say laugh or dance again.
