Muramana on manaless champs sells for 0 gold

I wanted to see the neat shiny glow from muramana on those champs as a joke and it turns out the shiny effects only at 20% max mana Item says 0+ dmg from mana but you hit for an additional 10 dmg I think, Also you can sell it for approximately 0 gold.
