Client login issue

Greetings, the client will not sign me into my account, i have already reinstalled the patch, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, used all the features on the hextech repair tool, I've even turned off firewall. I've included a link to two screenshots i took, its always the same issue, at first it declines my attempt to login with an error message, then if i try again it gets stuck at authenticating, its been like this since 8.5, any solutions? thank you.
