Can't gift Lunar Morgana?
trying to gift a player I met in soloque who plays support Morgana really well, but the store wont let me?

Did you just meet this person and add them to your friend's list? If so, then that would be why. You must be on each others friends list for at least 24 hours before you are able to gift each other through the gifting center.
