[GAMEPLAY] Rengar - 5 Stack Ferocity E bug.

So it seems like Rengar's 
E Bug is still here. It's been here for a while. :'(
Root cause seems to be whenever you try to get 5 stacks of ferocity using Rengar's E. His E goes on cooldown not allowing him to cast the empowered E.
Seems to be more easy to recreate when you leap to get the final stack of ferocity with E.
