ZOE BUG

Playing Zoe, i had my W flash and my flash on D, with everything being said, i pressed my W flash into ANOTHER flash on the ground. and for the rest of the game I couldnt use my W or my Flash on D. It like bugged the summoner spell. I couldnt pick up any other spells with W, flash was stuck.
