Zoe is broken

I am not here to complain about her damage or something stupid like that. What I mean is shes literally broken. Her E (trouble bubble) can stop a few unstoppable ults like Warwick and Vi. Can we fix that? Or add the fact that trouble bubble can stop ults like this in trouble bubbles bio?
