Bugged Sion?

Well I don't know what the hell happened to the forums since I never use them, but anyway. Sion ult has issues, at least as far as I can tell, I just played him and a couple of times I would run into a champion but nothing would happen. It's like the hit box to Sion gets smaller when he ults, because I wouldn't hit them dead on, but I know for sure that at least my arm hit them. I don't know if this is the way it was supposed to be or if it is actually bugged. Also I had a couple of strange animation walking glitches or something. I feel like he wasn't polished all the way before they let him out I would say more but I don't exactly know how to explain the weird glitchy type feel I got from playing him.
