[CLIENT] Champ Select is bugging out to where it will freeze.

So basically when i find a draft game i cant play because after all the bans and on the 3rd pick it freezes at 0 seconds for me. It isnt lag because everything else works fine. I dont want to get a big leaver buster over this and i want to play so how do i fix it
