Runeterra Map completion Reward Pending?

Just finished the quest for getting all the Faction icons and completing the Runeterra map but I noticed it said "Pending" when it was initially unlocked and I checked and didn't get the icon or the hextech key shard. Just completed it on another account and same thing happened, no reward. What's the deal?
