Low Priority Queue is Broken

While I was in low priority queue, and I'm not even gonna talk about me getting a total of a 2 hour wait for afking for 10 minutes in urf. It tells me that there's 20 minutes left of low priority queue when I start it, so all normal so far. So I come back 20 minutes later, and it still tells me there's 18 minutes left on the low priority queue. but I look at the top right, where it show the time. And the timer reads 22 minutes have passed. So I thought this was a 1 time bug, and leave to wait those 18 minutes. When I come back again it says 19 minutes left on low priority queue, and 35 minutes have passed. So I restart the client and am waiting for the 3rd time in low priority queue as I'm typing this. An hour gone by of waiting, and not a single game.
