Bug with Sylas when attempting to ult Yasuo, both CC'd.

I've faced Yas several times, and when I have his ultimate, the scenario is this,

He lands a tornado on me, as I land my chains on him, we are both cc'd, however only Yasuo can use his ultimate, several times I've been incapable of using mine on him regardless of how much I spam it
