[CLIENT] Champ Select Dynamic Queue Ranked

Doesn't happen often. Shortly after locking in a champion, league will freeze and if I try to close, the Icon in the taskbar is just highlighted. I have to close it through task manager. The first time it happened, I re-logged in and league didn't tell me I was in a game until I tried to make a custom game. I re-logged AGAIN. That's when it told me to reconnect. (I'm assuming I was still in champ select that's why I wasn't issued a "Reconnect Now" notification. The second time, after picking a champion it did the same thing. However upon re-logging, it told me to reconnect. Both of which during the crash, I can't fix my runes/masteries or trade champ selections. The worst part about it, it doesn't dodge the game like it would usually do if someone were to exit the client. Even after I exit the champ select is carried on until game starts

1. Champion is Picked
2. League freezes
3. Has to close client from taskbar
4. Dodging does not come into effect
5. Hasn't happened often. First time it happened was yesterday around 9-12 pm. Second time happened today around 10:30 pm.
