(Ascension) Traps, Shaco boxes, ect. Block Relic Points From Being Capturable

Title says it all, this happens often especially if teemo or jhin are in the game. if a champs places anything on top of a relic point, like where you would click at, you wont be able to capture the point, especially if the said person is on your team.
