Viewing a Friends Rank

Has anyone else noticed that actually QUITE often.. when you click to view a friends profile, and then click "Leagues" it just ends up showing you your own league and rank and not your friends?

If this isn't just me and other people have this problem.. This has been a bug for... so long. How has it not been addressed yet??
