Summoner name + "null" in Champ select

Hey all, I have encountered a possible bug on live server that has probably occured with today's patch 6.9. Whenever I enter Champ select the word "null" appears next to my Summoner name and I can't type in chat. Could be in common with the clubs because no one of my friend has it, but they are in a club that has a tag. I'm in a club as well but mine doesn't have a tag.
