Bug in Shop

So, I tried to purchase the arcade bundle. When I clicked purchase it went to the "purchasing item" animation of Katarina. It did not, however, give me the screen it usually does. Just where the purchase button was, Katarina. It neither took my RP, nor gave me the items in the bundle. I have restarted the client 3 times now. I attempt to either try to purchase it again or go to a different section of the shop, when doing these things it gives me the "Session Expired" thing, telling me that my order can't be processed at this time. To see if I could purchase ANYTHING, I bought a champion with IP. It worked just fine. I still don't know if it's an issue with the bundle or just purchasing things with RP in general. Any ideas?
