[GAMEPLAY] Garen Q automatically procs after using Smite

I'm a Garen Jungle and a bug I have noticed is that if you are charging at an enemy with your Q, and you use chilling smite on them, your Q will than automatically target the closest target instead. Extremely annoying when your engaging and your Q sets off on a minion in lane or during ganks.
