Solid Month of 'Unable to connect to network' after Champ Select

I'm sure I don't have to explain myself. Hundreds of other players are experiencing the exact same problem as me. IN-GAME freezing, constant disconnects, lost network connections... My game was 100% functional up until last major patch. Riot seems to be ignoring the issue. I uninstalled because I was getting way too triggered and I honestly don't know if I'm coming back, and I've been playing for over half a decade. No point playing something that doesn't work!
