My runes are gone plus more

It all started when i tried to enter a game. The game never went to the loading screen. After 4 tries and a crash i got into the game. Next game, the moment i accepted the queue, i had heal-ghost as spells and no runes apart from the free(i got 6 rune pages). Also the language on the client changed even though it was in english when i logged. Lastly, i got an issue with teamspeak. After i uninstalled for some time, my friends couldnt hear me (got this problem only on league). I re-installed after i uninstalled again and now i cant hear my friends also. The repair tool didnt help at all and found nothing. Plz help me cause this kinda tilts me.
