Bug restricted to free champions

Had a weird bug today where I could only pick free champions in a flex game. Picked Tahm Kench. 5:15-5:48 P.M. game. Couldn't see any other champions, I made sure i had nothing typed in the search box. only 12 champions showed up at all.
