"Critical Error" After Champ Select And Need To Create A Memory Dump

Basically what the title says.....I just crash....and cant join the game again....and tried loggin out and coming back and doesn't work... and I tried using the hextech support tool fixer thingi with the option reinstall and still didn't work.....I DON'T WANT TO GET BANNED FOR BEING AFK WHEN THE YOUR GAME ISN'T GOD DAMN WORKING!!!!!!!
