[GAMEPLAY] Alacrity Enchantment does not give Full amount Movement speed.

The bug typically occurs when you have to much movement speed. For example in the video i am using movement speed Quints and also the support mastery movement speed. This combined with the 3rd tier boots with Alacrity enchantment causes the bug to happen in most cases. In the video before i purchase the enchantment i have 422 movement speed, after i buy i have 439 movement speed. 439-422=17 I gained 17 movement speed from the enchantment.
