Client full?

I'm trying to play a game of ARAM. First attempt, the client wouldn't let me start the queue because "not everyone was ready" except i was the only person in the lobby. So i restarted the client, and it gave me a login queue. This is why i figure the servers may be full? Because I'm currently sitting at 0 seconds till my aram match will start but the client wont start the game. Its just sitting at 0 seconds. For about 5 minutes now I've been at 0 seconds. I don't want to restart the client though, because it's threatening me with a leaver buster if i do.

UPDATE: While i was making this post the game finally started. Come to find out, the game was going the entire time. And i just got to join it 6 minutes late. The enemy team had completely raped mine in a 4v5 and when i got in game it was something like 6 to 25. This is BS
