Loading screen froze, tried to reconnect 10+ times, lost LP

Is the any option for me to appeal a LP loss?

I was stuck on the loading screen for 10 minutes so I closed it and relaunched. It repeatedly said "you do not have internet connection" despite the fact that I was talking to my friend on discord. I tried to launch 10+ times until eventually it no longer gave me the option. Instead it told me that "leaving was harmful to my teammates" and made me agree not to do it again. I also lost LP.

I would like to appeal this LP loss because it is not my fault that the game client is buggy and crashed. I have been playing this game on and off since season 2 and have never seen this issue before. I have played many games over the past few days without seeing it. I have no reason to believe it is on my end.
