Yesterday my game crashed after 100% loading screen into the game

It tend to happen in the past also 1-2 times in every 5-10 games randomly. I want to report it. I also cant use ctrl ald del to kill the loading screen since it overlaps the task manager. So i needed to restart my pc. This makes it even more annoying.
