The client first turns black then freezes in champ select

First my friend Vukota then me(vinsmoke) dropped out of champion select,we lost LP for ''dodging'' but the client turned black and then froze totaly and a window appeared saying that the program is not responding...we would like to get our hardly worked for 3 LP back :PP and ofcourse to get this bug fixed so it doesn't happen to anyone else..Im sorry I didn't screenshot the bug when it happend but I am sure we won't be the only ones to whom this happens
