Player bot & Server problem ?

When I was playing vs.Bot I was stuck with 3 bots on my team that always do the same thing which the charge to the enemy tower and die which was very annoying but when I was playing using Twitch my game was fine .. my ping was 289 or less then 300 and my frame was 60 but the game frozen . My character can move around but everything froze and all the jungle monster were missing ... so i quit and try to reconnect but the game wont connect and I got ban ..... so plz if the freeze moment was some glitch or server problem plz fix it course I`m getting ban for nothing .
