[BUG] NOT GIVEN LP AFTER SKIPPING "WAITING FOR STATS"

Pretty simple, won a game wasn't given LP. I was demoted from Plat 3 so I was Plat 4 75 LP Won two games putting me in my promo back lost two games put at 63 LP Lost another put at 46 Won a game and the end game stats wasnt loading so i skipped waited ~12 hours and still no lp gain. There are other bug reports of this on the report a bug board, please fix.
