@Riot Tantrum High Gold Former Diamond (S5) Player Intent Feeding/AFKing in Several Games

There was a certain player in my last game as Shaco that left the game after dying, leaving my team to 4v5. As awalys I reported the player and after the game I looked at their match history and saw that this wasn't the first time they have Intent fed/ AFK within the past few days. This player is 26/71. They have had ~10 AFK's in Ranked Matches in the past 7 days, don't understand how he hasn't been banned yet.
