U.R.F. ult cd was 80 sec
well i was playing sivir and when i activated my ult it had a 80 sec cd ehm i think this wasnt intended in u.r.f?

When did you activate it? There have been bug reports of people saying that when they spawned and used a skill the CD acted as if it were normal.
