Singed Icon Bug

So I don't have a direct image of this, not sure even if it's been reported but if you have a singed on your team or enemy team and someone's being poisoned by him, if you click on them or look at yours (again depending) you'll notice a blue square where singed's poison should be showing up at.

Making sure I'm not the only one as this has occurred every game so far.
